Les faire dorer sans les br\u00fbler pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;amertume. Ajouter la tomate crue concass\u00e9e et laisser r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 sans couvrir.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le fumet de turbot, un peu de poivre, du sel, et les pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en morceaux. Laisser sur le feu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre soient \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 cuites, puis ajouter les filets de turbot. Couvrir et laisser cuire 10 minutes.
